Drew became part of the Ponder Construction team in July 2023, bringing with him a unique background in education, including time spent teaching wood shop at the middle school level. His expertise spans management, craftsmanship, and team building, making him a valuable asset. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the beauty of nature.

Kyle has array of skill from building to concrete to fine finishing work. He grew up with a hammer in his hands and sleeps with his bags on. If he isn’t working you can find him exploring the outdoors and hanging with his friends and family.

Cole brings talent, a laugh, and a good vibe to the crew. He is our go to guy for water remediation, but he doesn’t stop there. Cole dabbles in all things construction and enjoys a good challenge. He is an AVID fisherman and loves ice cream.

Cole is a hardworking and focused member of our team. A rookie to the trade, he’s picking up skills quickly while working alongside our crew. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
